Terms of Service

Resilient Arena LLC ("Resilient Arena," "we," "us," or "our") operates resilientarena.com. These terms cover your use of the website. Using the site means you accept them.

Using the site

This site lets you see what space we have, ask about a pen, join a waitlist, request arena time, apply for a job, and get in touch. Availability and pricing shown here are for information and can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and filling in a form does not reserve anything. Paying a deposit is different: it holds a space for you on the terms below. A lease begins when you sign a boarding agreement with us.

Reservations and deposits

Arena time. Arena reservations require a deposit of half the rental, taken when you book. It is non-refundable.

Holding a pen. Holding a stall, trap or pasture requires a deposit of half the first month's board, taken when you book. It is non-refundable, and it is credited to your first month when you arrive. Paying it takes that space off the market and holds it for you until the start date you chose.

Changing a start date. A pen hold can be moved once to a different start date, at no charge, as long as you tell us before the date you booked. After that, a hold that is not taken up is forfeited.

How far ahead. Start dates can be booked up to thirty days ahead. If you need a space further out than that, join the waitlist and we will let you know when one opens up.

If we cannot honour a booking. If we have to cancel a reservation for a reason of our own, your deposit is returned in full.

Card payments, where taken online, are handled by our payment processor and we do not store your card number.

The pen waitlist

When a pen you are waiting on becomes available, everyone on that pen's waitlist is contacted at the same time and the first person to reach us gets it. Being on the list does not reserve or hold the pen.

Text messages

We ask for a phone number so we can call you. We only send text messages to people who separately opt in, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy. Replies to the number our messages come from are not monitored; to reach a person, email us.

Job applications

Sending an application does not create an offer of employment or any obligation on either side. Please give us accurate information.

Acceptable use

Please do not submit false information or other people's details without their permission, send automated or bulk submissions, upload anything harmful, or try to disrupt the site. The content and design of this site belong to Resilient Arena LLC and may not be reused without permission.

Horses carry inherent risk

Working with and around horses is inherently dangerous. Under Texas law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of those activities. Anyone coming onto the property is subject to the agreements and rules we provide at that time.

Disclaimers

We provide this site as it is, without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
